Destiny Blueprint

Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

1. Digital Product Policy

Destiny Blueprint provides digital reports that are generated and delivered electronically. Because digital content may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the premium report has been unlocked or delivered.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may review refund requests in limited cases, such as duplicate charges, technical errors that prevent access to the purchased report, or accidental duplicate purchases.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided because a user disagrees with the interpretation, feels the report does not match expectations, entered incorrect birth information, or no longer wants the report after access has been provided.

4. Incorrect, Incomplete, or Changed Information

Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming all birth details, partner details, compatibility details, and checkout information before submitting an order. Because each report is generated based on the information provided by the user, refunds are generally not provided after the report has been generated, unlocked, or delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, changed, or later-disputed information.

If a user believes they entered information incorrectly, they may contact us for support. In some cases, Destiny Blueprint may choose to regenerate or update a report as a courtesy, but we are not required to provide a refund once the digital report has been generated, unlocked, or delivered.

By completing checkout, the user confirms that the submitted information is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

5. How to Request Support

If you experience a payment or access issue, please contact Destiny Blueprint through the contact information provided on the website or in your purchase communication. Include the email used at checkout and a brief description of the issue.

6. Final Decision

Refund eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Destiny Blueprint reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances and the status of report access or delivery.
