Your first Personal Destiny Report is free once per email after email verification. It includes your full personal reading, deeper interpretation, timing cycles, career and money insights, love and recovery guidance, and downloadable PDF report access.

The Compatibility Report is a separate paid report for $9.99. It uses your birth details and your partner's birth details to create a relationship compatibility reading with PDF access.

An exact birth time helps make the reading more specific. If you do not know your exact birth time, you can still receive a meaningful report using the available birth information.

Yes. Your first free Personal Report includes downloadable PDF access after email verification. Paid Compatibility Reports also include PDF access. If the PDF does not download correctly, contact support with the email used for your report.

Contact support as soon as possible and include the email used for your report. Because reports are generated from the submitted information, corrections may need manual review.

If your payment succeeded but the report remains locked, contact support with your checkout email. We can check the payment session and report access status.

Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy. Your first Personal Report is free once per email. Paid Compatibility Reports may not be refundable once accessed, except for cases such as duplicate charges, access errors, or other approved issues.
